Today's Inspiration: Our God in His loving kindness will meet me. God will let me look triumphantly upon my foes. Psalm 59:10. God is my stronghold my present help in times of need.
Wherever Jesus goes, He reveals the root cause of the people's problems and healed them. The root must be axed before the tree can grow healthily again. By chopping the branches and allowing the root to remain will not resolve the issue.
Do not allow unforgiveness to linger too long or when they mature they become bitterness which is poisoning the soul.
There is power in forgiveness. Forgiveness is an inner cleansing virtue. Forgiveness is the entrance to new love and new peace. With forgiveness comes springs of emotions of love and gratitude. This was what happened to Peter when Jesus chopped off his guilt and assured him of His love for him and to go on feeding the sheep and the lambs as an expression of his love for Him. John 21:15-17.
Jesus need no other thing except our complete obedience to His commandments and complete surrender of our possessions to Him. We cannot be His disciple without surrendering complete ownership of our possessions to Jesus. Luke 14:33. When the Lord has full access to our possessions, life becomes easy. All we do is to obey and be a good steward of resources He has given to us. Once we form a concept in our mind that whatever we have is given by Him and He can choose to give or take away, complete surrender in full commitment to the Lord becomes easier. God be praised.
