Today’s Inspiration: “Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things, And revive me in Your way.” Psalms 119:37 NKJV. The key to fruitfulness is to focus on Jesus and His Word. Spiritual revival manifests when we are doing what God wants us to do and not what we want to do. Are there unproductive or ineffective activities which are wasting our time, energy and resources? The flesh desires the worldly things but the Spirit desires the kingdom of God.

The psalmist sang,”So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalms 90:12. Wisdom comes from the reverence of God and we learn how to put Him first in all things. Apostle Paul taught,”All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify. Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being.” I Corinthians 10:23-24. Do we take time out to seek God and share the gospel of Good News to others who don’t know Christ? Have we blessed anyone or sat down with love ones to tell them they are important to God. Let’s not just be fishermen but fishers of men.
Prayer: O Lord my God, lead me to be an effective and productive child of God whose desires is to glorify your name. Position me where the harvest of souls are and place me where I can be a blessing to others that I may share the goodness of God to others. In 2025, make me a new wine skin for your new wine to be shared to others that they too can find the joy of the Lord and salvation, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
