Today’s Inspiration: “For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.” Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV.‬‬ The pandemic has in the last 3 years caused a spiritual slumber to the body of Christ. It has caused us to be so digitally isolated, socially indifferent, and spiritually lukewarm. Revelation 3:16. Are we asking for prayers more than spending time in prayer? Are we spending more time online than being offline alone with God? Are we praying in the Spirit more than being busy with all things? What is our posture with Christ?

Apostle Paul warns us not to sow to the flesh but to sow in the Spirit,”And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.” Romans‬ ‭13‬:‭11‬-‭14.‬ ‭Praying, fasting, worshiping and studying the Word of God is sowing into the Spirit, renewing our mind, so that we become sensitive to God’s voice, vision, and victory for His Kingdom and not the world.

Prayer: O Lord my God, forgive us if we are too busy for you. Let there be a spiritual awakening in my Spirit that I am focus to sow in the Spirit and not in the flesh. Waiting time in your presence and prayer is not wasted time but fruitful and powerful time, for your presence is all I desire. Give me new tongues, word of understanding and wisdom that I may know your plans and do your purposes in the days to come. Let prayers for the salvation of souls be my priority and anointing for the healing of souls be my portion to give glory to your Name, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
