Today‘s Inspiration: “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”Exodus 14:14 NIV. Stillness comes from the secret place of the most high, which is the house of prayer. “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3 The greatest calling in a Christian life is to pray and seek God’s face with all our heart, all our soul and all our strength. Our kneeling place is our closest place to God. Stillness comes when our right and left hand comes together in unity and our hearts and minds are in agreement to God’s divine Word of Wisdom.
We need the wisdom of God to thrive in our walk of faith with the Lord. Wisdom is better than strength. Ecclesiastes 9:16 Healing comes in the light of God’s Word, for the light in the messenger’s eyes brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones. Proverbs 15:30 Whoever gives heed to instructions prospers, and blessed in the one who trusts in the Lord. So in whatever crisis or circumstances in life, seek God’s wisdom and His word, to be still and know He is God and He is in control. In the pursuance from Pharaoh’s armies, Moses spoke to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. Exodus 14:3 Glory to God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, you fight our battles and our battles belong to you. Bless us with your Wisdom for it brings stillness in our hearts to trust you and obey your commands. Keep our eyes upon your Word which is the lamp to my feet and light to my path. Let prudence and discretion in the Lord brings protection and provisions to my situations, in Jesus Name, Amen.
