Today’s Inspiration: “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” Ephesians 4:2-3 NIV. Anger is the stronghold which satan uses to steal, kill, and destroy the relationship with God and man. Pride and jealousy are its best friends. Therefore, to break all sibling rivalries, offense or bitterness we need to repent and cast out the spirit of anger in homes and families through the grace, love and forgiveness of God personally.

Apostle Paul was addressing and reminding the flock to bear the fruit of the Spirit and to have unity so that it will not allow a foothold for satan. Ephesians 4:26 It was the mistake of Cain who allowed anger to cause him to sin. Remember, the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.”Genesis 4:6-7 Overcoming anger is key to restore health, relationships, and mental wellness. It’s breaks down all walls of hostility, enmity and indifference, to bring forth the ministry of reconciliation.

Prayer: O Lord my God, your love is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast and it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Your love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Your love never fails and it brings healing to my soul and all my relationships in Jesus Name, Amen.
