11 October 2024 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today‘s Inspiration: “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭11‬ ‭NKJV.‬‬ The amour of God is also the spiritual armour of Christ, the amour of light. Romans 13:12. The helmet deals with our thoughts, and the breastplate deals with our emotions. The boots deals with our walk and the belt deals with our purity. The shield deals with our faith and the sword deals with our words. They are daily sanctification which prepares us for the challenges of the day.

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—” Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭18‬. ‭For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. II Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭3‬-‭6.‬ ‭Prayer cleanses us from all fears, anxieties and stress, with the peace of God.

Prayer: O Lord my God, let me put on Christ daily as my providence and protection, making no provision for the flesh, fulfilling its lust. Let there be healing, restoration and reconciliation in marriages, parenting, and honouring one another in the home, marketplace, and church. For the peacemakers are the children of God, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
