Today’s Inspiration: “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.”Philippians 4:8 NKJV Our spiritual life is not limited to Sunday attendance or prayer meeting, rather the days of Acts was daily filled with the Holy Spirit in communion and meditating on the teachings of the Apostles which is the Word of God. Acts 2:42

Without internalisation of the Word of God in us, there is no transformation. The sign of health is hunger because when a person is sick, he has no appetite and his thoughts and emotions are negative. Therefore when a person is spiritually healthy, he is hungry and thirsty for God’s word and His righteousness. Matthew 5:6 Meditating on the Word of God renews our mind and redirects our vision to God’s promises and power from our problems and plight. Our desires moves from the things of the world to the things of God’s kingdom, from the flesh to the Spirit, and from what we want to do to what God wants us to do.
Prayer: O Lord my God, those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. May I be a tree that is planted beside your living waters, meditating on your word day and night. All its season it shall bear its fruit and its leaves shall not wither and all that you have called us to do shall prosper, in Jesus Name, Amen.
