Today‘s Inspiration: ”Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story— those he redeemed from the hand of the foe.” Psalms‬ ‭107‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Praises unto God has the power to break all chains and sicknesses in our lives. We serve an Almighty God who changes not, and His love, covenant and faithfulness endures forever. Giving thanks and testimony to God breaks all the lies and schemes of the enemy. Revelation 12:11. Gratitude is the best attitude in the kingdom of God. Why the Israelites go into wilderness for 40 years instead of 11 days?

They were unthankful, ungrateful and forgetful of what God did for them bringing them out of suffering in Egypt and providing for them food, water, clothes and shelter in the desert. They were trapped by the idols in their hearts. They didn’t wait for God’s plan to unfold and created their own golden calf. We all know rebellion is witchcraft. 1 Samuel 15:23. One day I was ministering to a young soul and he used to be a testimony in the past but seemingly keep facing cyclical stress and problems. When I prayed for him, the word “testimony” came out. He then realised that he no longer testify of God’s goodness and forgotten God’s working, trying his own ways to solve problems. And when he gave his testimony, all chains were broken and joy of the Lord restored. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, let I not forget all the good things you have done for me. Let the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart give thanks to you at all times and seasons. Forgive me if I have neglected my testimonial life and may all your goodness be declared in my mouth as a witness of your testimony to silence the foe and the avenger. Give me the courage and boldness to speak of your goodness and grace from testimony to testimony, faith to faith, and glory to glory, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
