Today’s Inspiration: “I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies.” Psalms 18:3 NKJV. Those who have walked through crisis and challenges of life will know that there are situations which are beyond our control and our abilities to solve or resolve. How would one overcome terminal disease, depression, addictions, sexual immorality, suicidal thoughts? These brings us to know that if God has a plan to prosper us in giving us hope and future, He must have a way. Jeremiah 29:11. And Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life says the Word of God. John 14:6.

What is impossible for us is possible for Christ Jesus. Remember the boy which was demonized by the devil with the dumb and dead spirit, the disciples couldn’t cast it out and the father came pleading Jesus for help. Jesus saw the fear, doubt and unbelief in him so Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23. And the father replied Jesus calling him Lord, to help his unbelief. And immediately the spirit cried out and left when Jesus commanded it to leave and never return again. Jesus then reminded the disciples the importance of prayer and fasting in building strong relationship and intimacy with God, not relying in one’s strength but God’s. So do not be afraid when things seemingly gets out of control for we must have faith that Jesus is our ever present help in trouble. His ways are higher than ours. Isaiah 55:8. Praise God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe. Help my unbelief, fears, and doubts. I believe all things possible for God and I can overcome all challenges through Christ Jesus who strengthens me. Lead me to walk in thy Holy Spirit and not in my flesh and understanding. You are the hope of glory which I see and in my Abba Father God’s hand, I shall put my trust on nothing less, but Jesus Christ shall be my righteousness, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
