10 October 2025 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “You, Lord, are my lamp; the Lord turns my darkness into light. With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall.” 2 Samuel 22:29-30 NIV. David was always a man seeking God’s heart, revelation, and instruction. Breakthrough comes when we hear and see what God is speaking and showing, rather than what we are seeing and sighing. Intercession brings intimacy and instructions from the Word of God, which is the lamp to our feet and light of our path. Psalm 119:105

Jesus taught His disciples,” Ask and it shall be given, seek and it shall be found, and knock and it shall be opened.” Matthew 7:7 Many of us pray but few understands the product of prayers. It is an expectancy between a son and a father. “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!”Matthew 7:9-11 Prayer sheds light, direction and vision from God in our battles.

Prayer: O Lord my God, my spirit is your lamp and my heart is your offering. Open the eyes of my heart that I may see your glory, goodness and grace. Bring my mind from my problems to your promises, my plight to your providence, and my pain to your purpose. Break open the gates of healing, finances and reconciliation, in Jesus Name, Amen.
