Today‘s Inspiration: “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.”John 14:12 NIV. This was the promise of Christ who revealed that His Spirit shall be poured out to our generation and our children. God’s calling and gifts are irrevocable. Romans 11:29. Satan will find all ways to hinder your spiritual life because it is your spiritual health and wealth. He attacks your prayer life in the Spirit so you will be distracted from where power resides in the Holy Spirit to heal, to give faith and to see miracles.
Our spirit can only be edified by the Holy Spirit through praying in the Spirit,” For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.”1 Corinthians 2:11 That’s why our lifestyle is a worship of Spirit and truth. When we don’t know our identity in Christ, we don’t know our gifts and calling. That’s when we feel insecure, unfulfilled and unsure of the future. But when we are filled with Holy Spirit, it’s no longer self, others or the enemy can hinder us because God begin to work in us and we serve Him with His gifts and calling. Praise God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, my future is not dictated by man or circumstances or past but directed by you for you are the way, truth and life. I am hunger and thirst for your Holy Spirit and I desire for your infilling and overflowing grace and mercy over my soul daily. For those who wait upon you shall renew their strength, they will mount up like eagles with your wind of spirit to see new visions, direction, and provision of your kingdom, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
