Today‘s Inspiration: Today‘s Inspiration: “By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they were encircled for seven days.”Hebrews 11:30 NKJV. The power of prayer resides in its persistency and is not limited by our circumstances, situation or plight. Jesus gave the parable of an unjust judge could execute justice for a poor woman because of her pestering, perpetual, and persistent requests. Luke 18:5. Jesus reminds us to not lose heart in prayer but knowing that God work in ways we cannot see. You can’t see the harvest on the outside but the sowing, watering, and nurturing are bearing fruition on the inside if we don’t give up easily.
You might have been praying for salvation for your family, loved ones, friends and colleagues, even those children who have back slidden for years. Don’t give up for the “Jericho Walls” shall fall. Keep sharing the gospel, showing Christ love, and sowing the seeds of prayers. I remember me and my mum were sowing for more than a decade before my father, who was the co-founder and elder of the biggest Tibetan temple in Singapore got saved. The key is focus on the prayer, not on the results because it belongs to God. So let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:9-10.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me be filled with your Spirit in and out of seasons, to pray, dwell and abide in your presence. Let my eyes be on you and not the outcome, let my heart hope in you and not the world, let my mind be of you and not the news, for you are greater, stronger and higher than any walls. I believe and proclaim that all the walls of unbelief, unopened, and unreceptive resistance shall fall in mighty Yeshua’s Name! Amen.
