Today’s Inspiration: “Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.”Colossians 3:2-4 NKJV In life we want so much of the earthy things but we soon realized aren’t these earthly things that gives us so much stress, anxieties and fears of lack, insecurities or dissatisfaction? Only Christ can satisfy our soul with the joy of eternal life. Psalm 16:11

To walk with Christ and pursue the presence of God we need to put off the old man like what Apostle taught,”But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all.”Colossians 3:8-11 When we turn to God, it is also our turning point.

Prayer: O Lord my God, it is not by might nor by power but by your Holy Spirit, who reveals the truth in our hearts. Draw near to me as I draw near to you. Teach me to put off the old man so that new man in me can emerge in the image of Christ. Let me not pursue the things of the world but your kingdom of God, who was, and is, and is to come, in Jesus Name, Amen.
