Today’s Inspiration: “We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in you.” Psalms 33:20-22 NIV. Waiting time is not wasted time in the eyes of the Lord. You maybe going through critical times of distress, uncertainty or even a crisis but know this, prayer of patience is the greatest weapon against the enemy in times of troubles.
Ask, seek and knock on our Abba Father God’s heart, and you shall find His peace, protection and provisions. Matthew 7:7. Don’t be too busy with the problems which spent all your strength to solve, rather use your strength to pray, because prayer requires strength. God knows all your needs but the key is to find Him in your storm. Give your spouse, children, parents, in-laws, business, appraisals, projects and ministry to God. All the things of the world are hinderance in hearing God. Be still, silence and in solitude to pray, speak and hear from Him, faith will arise again. Tears may come in the night, but joy comes in the morning. Psalm 30:5. Glory to God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are my light and salvation, whom shall I fear; you are my strength and stronghold, whom shall I be afraid. I shall be patient and await for your will, ways, and wisdom, in prayer, petitions, and thanksgiving in my heart daily. You are the vine and I am your branch, and with my eyes I shall see the goodness of God breaking through in this season of waiting and learning, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
