Today's Inspiration: Be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God. James 1:19-20. Those who do not bridle his tongue deceived his own heart. V26.

Whatever you speak comes from your heart and is powerful enough to fail you or to succeed. A doubtful person tends to waver from his or her confidence and is prone to failure. Therefore it is important that we are watchful of our tongue. Psalm 141.3. This is why David pleaded with God to watch the door of his lips. But a man who persevered by faith even in times of trial will champion his commission and triumph.
It all depends on your thoughts and the words of your mouth which are the two powerful weapons that can tear down strongholds or destroy us through deception and torment of the enemy. Joshua and his army tear down the stronghold of Jericho with praises of God and shouts of victory. Joshua 6:12-16.
We need to be discerning and aggressive when dealing with the enemy's tactics. 2 Corinthians 2:11. Remember that we are visible to the enemy but we cannot see the invisible enemy unless revealed by the Lord. We must be one of authority who is also a spiritual influencer. It's no use having authority in name only. You will fight a losing battle. This is the age where Satan is hindering the Body of Christ in various ways and it's time God's people rise up in one accord to pray to pull down the filthy and wicked acts of Satan. We can pull him down by the word of God like Jesus did when he was tempted. May God deliver us all from their evil schemes.
Prayer: O Lord God I will guard my ways that I may not sin with my tongue. I will guard my mouth with a muzzle while the wicked is present. Do not forsake me O Lord God. Make hate to help me O Lord God of my salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
