27 March 2023 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “It shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.” Isaiah‬ ‭10‬:‭27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. Everyone seeks for God’s anointing but few answers His calling, and even few repents from their sins. That’s the reason why the yoke of the enemy remains heavy on who God defines as stiff-necked people. Exodus 33:3. God’s anointing comes only upon those are humble, obedient, submissive, and teachable. Remember it is not just a supernatural anointing but a Holy Anointing. Our pride, anger and rebelliousness are all rooted by bitterness, unforgiveness, and abuses in life, causing negative emotions and thoughts to manifest. Few realised we can be yoked to our rooted negative emotions daily.

But praised be to God, that His only Son Jesus Christ who gives us His Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth to set us freed from all yokes of heaviness. Isaiah 61:7. God’s anointing is able to root up all bitterness planted by the enemy and cast them into the sea. Matthew 15:13 “Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James‬ ‭5‬:‭13‬-‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe there is supernatural grace of healing in your anointing that breaks all yokes by your Holy Spirit. Change my heart O God, make it ever true. Change my heart O God, let me be like you. For you are the potter and I am the clay. Make me and mould me, this is what I pray, for the master’s use in Jesus' Name, Amen.
