Today‘s Inspiration: "For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul. Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you.“ Proverbs‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬-‭11‬ ‭NIV‬‬. It is easier to correct a child than to correct an adult, therefore if a child does not have the Word of God since young, it is difficult to teach as they grow. Wisdom spoke, "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.“ Proverbs‬ ‭22‬:‭6.‬ ‭Today many developed nations are crumbling down immorally and corruption becomes rampant. Why? It doesn’t mean one is from a Christian family is automatically godly, blameless or holy.

The matter of fact is that dysfunction home rates in the body of Christ is surprisingly not too far from the world, looking at the divorces rates. What the world is desperately needing is Intentional Parenting with the Word of God? If we trace all addictions, bondages, and strongholds origins, they all come from absence of parenting. That’s when the enemy comes in to steal, kill, and destroy. John 10:10 Jesus warned us that if we stumble the children, it’s like a mill stone tied around our necks and be thrown into the sea. Matthew 18:6 Godly parenting is the cornerstone for every child’s spirituality. How can we teach our children about Christ and Church life if we are not in God’s house and busy all the time? How can children learn forgiveness if there is none in the parents? Who is Jesus to our Children? May there be an awakening in the Spirit man for our Nation. We need an overhaul in the Holy Spirit through the Word of God in every Christian home.

Prayer: O Lord my God, help us parents to lay forth a strong foundation for our children by walking in Christlikeness. Give us wisdom to put you first in every of our conversations, obey your commands and impart your Word to our offspring. Let them be olive shoots around the table and our wife be a fruitful vine in the house, bringing godly revelation and wisdom in every situations. Teach us to be intentional parents with contemplative prayers and actions to walk the talk as Christ directs our path, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
