Today‘s Inspiration: ”And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.“ Romans 12:2 NKJV. Many has misinterpreted the intimacy with God to increases in anointing, miracles and breakthroughs. The world is about performance but the kingdom is about reverence. We seek God not for ourselves or by our own religious works but by faith in humility through His grace, goodness, and glory. What is good in our sight may not be good in God’s sight.
Many want to be blessed but few want to be corrected. Jesus told his disciples,”These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me.“ Matthew 15:8. Do we come to God seeking for self or seeking for Him? Renewal of our minds is not just changing the way we think but there is a conviction in our hearts to turn away from our sins, selfishness, and worldliness. Prayer is to seek God’s will, word and ways. Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.“ John 4:34 Conviction, Correction, and Change are the products of intimacy with God. Obedience is better than sacrifice. 1 Samuel 15:22.
Prayer: O Lord my God, give me clean hands and a pure heart to know you more Lord. Forgive all my worldly ways and lead me into your good, pleasing and perfect will of the Kingdom of God. Search my heart and know my anxieties, if there are anything that is not from you Lord, remove them. Cleanse, sanctify and refill me with your Holy Spirit. Lead me in your ways, which are higher than mine. Let my daily food and manna is to do your will in Jesus' Name, Amen!
