15 December 2020 Word by Honorary Pastor Rev Alicia Teo

Today's Inspiration: It's a season where the strength of the enemies have weakened as God has caused forgiveness to be rampant in the land. Those who afflict you shall come running to you and fall prostate at the soles of your feet. Isaiah 60:14. He shall bless the work of your hands and you shall inherit the blossoming of what you have planted.

Health and wealth will be knocking at your door. Let the Lord be your everlasting light. Trust the Lord with all your heart. True faith leads to obedience. Romans 1:5. Blessed is the one who hears the word and keeps it. Do not depend on your thought life. Before we speak, we must control first our thoughts. It looks simple, but it is one of the most difficult ones to discipline. The enemy used your weakest point in your thoughts to bombard your mind to making rashful decisions. He wants to prevent us from receiving all the promises God has in store for us.

Don't let your sickness, lack, and discouragement dwell too long in your thoughts or it will become a stronghold in your life. We have to make a choice to tear it down when it comes against us. Jeremiah 1:10. A good heart is one whose spirit is regenerated with a transformed mind and a living sacrificial body. In fact what we are facing today is the result of what we speak, what we hear and what we believe. What we sow, we reap. Galatians 6:7. Do not let people label you, but allow God to accomplish His plan through you. It is important to rise beyond your emotions and have self-control to rule your spirit through guarding your mouth. Let your words be few. Proverbs 25:28. Whatever you speak, your spirit hears and will relate it to your body. Perceive good things coming to you at all times. God be praised.

Prayer: Lord, I know deep in my heart is a longing for your words to take effect in my life. I therefore proclaim that nothing can hinder me for You have intended for me to be more than a conqueror through Him who loved me. In Jesus name, Amen.
