Today’s Inspiration: “Through patience a ruler can be persuaded, and a gentle tongue can break a bone.”Proverbs 25:15 NIV Patience and gentleness are powerful fruit of the Spirit that brings healing, restoration and reconciliation in families and homes. The enemy uses bitterness, anger and strife to come into homes to steal, kill and destroy relationships but Christ gives us His Holy Spirit to produce love, peace and unity through the two divine attributes of Christ, for He is patient and kind.

The fruit of the Spirit can only be bore through spiritual awakening, repentance, and forgiveness. Reflection and change are important movement of the Spirit in spiritual anointing, growth and maturity. Sin produces jealousy, anger, bitterness, divisions, lies and resentment. Therefore we need sanctification daily to be led by the Holy Spirit, Blood of Christ, and the Word of God. Ephesians 5:26 For the family to experience salvation and encounters of God is patient prayers and gentle exhortation. Pride is greatest stronghold to pull down in prayers, for they are idolatry, even in ourselves.

Prayer: O Lord my God, forgive me of every pride of life and make me a humble servant of your kindness and righteousness. Break every prideful strongholds and hardened hearts in the family that all may turn to God and be saved in Christ Jesus. Lead me, guide me and mould me in patience and gentleness in my prayer and communication by your Holy Spirit, in Jesus Name, Amen.
