Today’s Inspiration: Sin brings condemnation but Salvation brings conviction unto transformation. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free from the yoke of slavery. “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1-2.
God does not want us to walk in our past shadows of failures, bad decisions or regretful doings. On the contrary, we want us to walk with Him in faith, freedom, and fellowship of love and compassion.
Condemnation isolates but Christ liberates our soul to do God’s will, purpose, and calling. Christ always has a bigger picture in your life just as Peter saw in Christ, a greater plan for His life. Jeremiah 29:11. So would you drop your heavy nets and follow Jesus as disciples? Don’t let your pain in the past hinder your greatest purpose in this life. Come to Jesus in prayer for He can heal your deepest wound. 1 Peter 2:24. Don’t give up praying for your family salvation, it will come. Exemplify Christ love for them, humble yourself to hear their challenges, hurts, and pain. Be patient. My father who is a Tibetan Buddhist elder and co-founder of the biggest Tibetan temple in Singapore receive Christ after a decade of prayers, patience, and perseverance by family. Nothing is impossible for God. Luke 1:37. Praise Him.
Prayer: O Lord My God, help me not look at the sins but at the salvation of your grace. Change me into thy image that I may walk with you closely in my family, marketplace, and ministry. Let me live a life of Christ in liberty to reach the lost, just as once I was blind but now I see you Lord, to be a witness of your good news, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
