Pursue humility and fear of the Lord so that wealth, honor and life will follow you. When you pursue wealth, they will not respond. But when you pursue the Lord, He will provide beyond your comprehension for He knows your heart and what you need more than you know yourself.
When King Hezekiah cried out to the Lord to heal him, the Lord responded because he needs to put his house in order and there are plans yet to be fulfilled. God will respond to your cry if His plan and purpose through you is yet to be accomplished and when you genuinely repent. The Lord desires to reflect His glory through you. He will fulfill His purpose for you and see that your works are not abandoned. Psalm 138:8. His love for you endures forever. God be praised.
Prayer: Man is like a breath, his days are like a fleeting shadow. O Lord what is men that You care for him, the son of man that You think of him. Your plans we cannot fathom. I will forever praise You, my Lord and my God forever, my stronghold and my deliverer. Amen
