Today’s Inspiration: “I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Then they will follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. They will be my people, and I will be their God.” Ezekiel 11:19-20.
An undivided heart is the heart of Christ who gave His life at the Cross for the love of our salvation, redemption and reconciliation to God.
Sin causes our hearts to be divided from God and with man, because of selfishness, lust, unforgiveness, hatred, bitterness and resentment. 1 Corinthians 6:8-11. No one is without sin and only with the Blood of Jesus and the power of the Cross, can all bondages be broken and strongholds be pulled down. We need the baptism of the Holy Spirit to be born again with an undivided heart of Christ and be filled with the love of God. God’s love changes all things because it doesn’t delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:7.
Prayer Life: O Lord My God, give me an undivided heart for you and nourish my soul with your agape, unconditional love through the blood of Jesus. Change my heart O God that 2022 will be filled with your grace, mercy and peace to forgive and extend your love to others. I rejoice in your Spirit and presence O Lord, in Jesus most beautiful and wonderful Name, I praise, Amen.
