Wise and Foolish Builder

Apostle James taught, "Do not be just hearer of the Word of God but be doers of the Word of God." James 1:22. That will differentiate between a wise or foolish builder.

Jesus continued preaching, "The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash." Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭25-27‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We must be careful that our spiritual growth is not based on personal experiences, encounters or prophecies but being built on the Holy Scriptures which cannot be broken and is the Rock of our Salvation which we live on daily, walking and living a Holy life pleasing to God. It is not religious but a deep relationship with God through Christ Jesus. What are you building on daily?
