Divine Kingdom

“Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.” Psalms‬ ‭24‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

We are all created to worship God. The greatest honour and privilege is to be able to enter the Lord’s presence to worship Him. Worship is always the spiritual battle between God and satan in the spiritual realm. The center of the battle is idolatry which the enemy is trying to distract God’s creation, His blessed children just as he deceived Adam and Eve to disobey God in the Garden.

Christ came is to destroy the works of satan. 1 John 3:8. Jesus defeated the devil when he enticed the Lord with the world’s riches and we all know the greatest idolatry is the worldly desire of mammon, power, lust, and fame. Hence, we need the discernment of the Holy Spirit to be free from mammon and to worship God with all our hearts and to serve God only. Matthew 4:10. Only Worship can rebuke the devil powerfully which the Lord has taught in His Word as it ushers in the heavenly hosts to minister the weak, the poor and the sick. The divine anointing of the Kingdom is worship.

Worship opens one’s soul into the spiritual realm of God, which is His awesome presence. A life of worship reflects our heart attitude towards God through Christ. Worship is not just about music or songs but the conditioning of the heart of worship which draws us closer to God and to break loose from all temptation, lies and deceptions of satan. Worship is when the deep calls upon the deep in intimacy, fellowship and communion with God in the Spirit.

To God be the glory!

“The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.” Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
