8 February 2023 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “You are my portion, Lord; I have promised to obey your words. I have sought your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise. I have considered my ways and have turned my steps to your statutes.” Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭57‬-‭59‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Every breakthrough in our lives are turning points where we decide to make the Lord our portion in our lives and to walk according to His Word. Most of our struggles comes when we are not aligned to His word, His will, and His ways.

Moses was one of the most intentional patriarch, prophet and priest of Israel. He has the fear of the Lord more than any Israelites and God performed the most incredible and marvellous miracles, signs and wonders that changed and delivered the entire nation of Israel. Not because he was charismatic or popular, but He was willing to submit, surrender, and seek God faithfully in every thing that he does. Numbers 12:3. John the Baptist taught his disciples,” He must be greater, and I lesser.” John 3:30. Pride is the demonic stronghold which must be broken before there is healing, restoration and reconciliation from God. Pride causes division, deception, and delusion in a soul but humility brings healing, anointing, and provisions of God into one’s life. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, convict my heart and consecrate my life to make way for you Lord, as my divine portion. Be in me always through the working of the Holy Spirit and reveal more of your goodness, greatness and holiness in every aspect of my relationship with you and man. For blessed are peacemakers, for they are the children of God, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
