Today’s Inspiration: “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”Galatians 3:6 NIV Apostle Paul was admonishing the Galatians not to go back to religious ways of the flesh but to advance in the relationship with God by the Holy Spirit. They are not saved by circumcision for salvation but by consecration of their hearts through believing in Christ alone and Him crucified and resurrected. It was by grace alone that we believed that we are saved through faith in Christ.

Apostle Paul taught,”I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh? Have you experienced so much in vain—if it really was in vain? So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard?”Galatians 3:2-5 Healing, miracles, signs and wonders operates through the righteousness of God in Christ alone, who sets us free from sins and death, and bless us with His love and everlasting life. Through Christ, we are overcomers by His love, grace and mercy in the Spirit.

Prayer: O Lord my God, give me faith and lead me to walk by the Spirit, and I will not gratify the desires of the flesh. It is for freedom that Christ sets me free from my sinful, worldly and fleshly ways. They are crucified at the Cross of Calvary two thousand years ago and the curse of sin and death are broken by the precious blood of Jesus Christ as I repent. For in Christ alone I am a new creation; the old has passed away, and the new has come. For who the Son sets free is free indeed, and I walk in your new living way, a Highway of holiness, in Jesus Name, Amen
