Today's Inspiration: I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness but have the Light of life. John 8:12. What an awesome promise of God. Jesus is the One who enlightens your darkness. You do not need to live in guilt and condemnation. Jesus has taken the guilt of sins so you do not need to be guilty of any sins committed but to repent sincerely of any habits that you find difficulty to shake off and move on walking in the spirit as you are no longer debtors in the flesh. Romans 8:12. As we are the temple of the Holy Spirit we should leave our baggage of our past habits behind and move forward in righteousness.
If we cannot shake off bad habits, is time to ponder and reflect what went wrong and recognize the roots to be uprooted and to uproot and burn them to ashes. Only then can we reflect His glory and allowed Him to shine on us and through us.
It's time to remove our grave clothes like Lazarus and love a more meaningful life that you have never lived before. We can only live in response to His voice. There are times we hear the wrong voice which sounds like God. We need to ponder before we act. Remember we are formed by His voice. Our obedience to His voice is of priority that attracts river of blessings.
You reap what you sow. Believe it or not everything you do creates a rippling effect. The seeds you plant can spring into life or lead to destruction. This is why the Bible counseled you to sow good seed unto righteousness through words of edification. In so doing your words bring blessing to others.
It is God who declares light to shine through darkness. Therefore let us fix our eyes on Jesus the author and perfector of our faith not as what is seen but what is unseen which is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18. Speak out whatever you believe. 2 Corinthians 4:13. Do not lose heart no matter what circumstances you are in.
Prayer: Let me have the spirit of forgiveness so that light will shine my way and Satan will have no opportunity to take advantage of us. We are not ignorant of his satanic devices. In Jesus name we are set free and shall not fix back our old label but to put on a new label of righteousness and goodness in Jesus’ name, Amen.
