Today's Inspiration: The secret things belong to the Lord our God but those which are revealed belong to us and our children forever that we may do all the words of this law. Deuteronomy 29:29. It's God's will that we love the Lord our God, obey His voice, stay connected with Him for He is our life and the length of our days. Deuteronomy 30:20.

What is being revealed, we should be convicted and act upon His word. It's no use knowing the word and not to act on them. Application of His word to our life will enhance our spiritual growth. Discussion on His word will help us grow in the Lord. Jesus expects us to apply His teachings to our life that we may live godly lives according to His ways.

Spiritual maturity enables us to live by the spirit, walk in the spirit and live in total dependence on the Holy Spirit that we might be able to exercise His power for the glory of God's name. We were created to have the same spirit and oneness in mind.

In the natural we act only when majority vote for the action but in true spirituality we do not follow the crowd but follow the instructions of the spirit by faith. We should not be influenced by men's opinion. Caleb followed the Lord fully and declared by faith to accept the challenge to cross over Jordan to the land of Canaan filled with milk and honey knowing that the Lord will lead them as they advance by faith. Numbers 14:24. He acted by faith even when majority of them were against the instruction to cross over. Because of his faith, he and his descendants will inherit the land.

Bad report will cause you to fear but do you resign to defeat or resist fear and advance by faith? All it takes is two men of faith to trust the Lord to lead those who believe and trusted the Lord to help them overcome the fear. Be an overcomer to be a testimony to the Lord of glory through the blood of Jesus. Revelation 12:11. God be praised.

Prayer: Lord, whatever You commanded, we will do knowing full well You will lead us at the helm and will not leave us nor forsake us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
