Today's Inspiration: It is only through trials of life and failures that led us to pursue God earnestly for solution to our problems. Jacob would not have been what he is had he not been heavily tested in Laban's house. Testing of his faith produces patience the fruit of the spirit. Count it all joy if you are going through many trials of life. James 1:2-3. Mercy triumphs over judgement. James 2:13.

The Romans and the Jews see Jesus on the cross as defeat but God and the angelic hosts see it as victory over Satan's strategies to destroy mankind. Jesus sees it as a cross to bear to be the resurrection and life to save mankind from the stings of death. John 11:25-26. God sees that which man cannot perceive.

Jesus sees Lazarus' death as a trial unto God's glory. John 11:4. Disciples wonder why Jesus did not instantly attend to Lazarus' needs. It is written that all things work together for good to those who love God to those who loved Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28. Those whom He forenew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son. Those He predestined He called, those He called He justifies and those He justifies He glorified. V29-30.

Whatever your trials maybe, remember that in all things you are more than conquerors and these trials are meant to refine you as precious diamond or gold to be vessels of His honor. Romans 8:37. Therefore let your heart not be troubled but believe in God who grant mercy to those who are merciful. Through these trials He intend to show you His power in you so that His name be glorified on this Earth. Romans 9:17. God be praised.

Prayer: Lord may I put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts as we all have to give an account of ourselves on judgement day. May I through patience and comfort of the scriptures have one mind and one mouth glorifying God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ always. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
