Today's Inspiration: We have been speaking about ourselves having faith but do we truly have faith? Those who are struggling despite serving God, I am sure, is wondering why God's promises is not a reality to their lives. Jesus keeps stressing on having faith as we approach Him for Divine intervention for our distress. But can He find faith in us when He comes? Luke 18:8. Faith comes by hearing, hearing the messages of God. Romans 10:17. When we listen to the message, do we believe what He says in His word? Are we convicted?
So really what is faith? Faith is to be convicted of His word. It's this conviction that caused us an Awakening in the spirit that led us to repent and repentance is about change. If we are convicted then we should walk with the word and allow the word to be formed in our thoughts so that we will walk and act like Jesus did when He is on the Earth. Can people find Jesus in us wherever we go? Do we have the faith like Jesus or even the heroes of faith in Hebrews 11?
We must remember that He is sovereign and the God of Justice. He judges in righteousness. Many in the faith still walk double-minded because things are not working as the Bible said they would. This is because they want their will and their will is not one with our God Almighty's intention and purpose for their lives. If we want God to fulfill our desires then we must listen to what He says.
Faith and Belief have always been the word Jesus asked us when we ask Him for anything. If we want miracles, then our Faith and Belief must be strong enough and we must walk as the Word tells us and change the image of our thoughts to His. This is what transformation is all about. Romans 12:2. Whatever you believe will come to you. What do you believe today? The fallen world has stumbled many people in the faith.
Jesus stressed that His sheep should listen to His voice and they follow Him. John 10:27. He keeps stressing to listen and He knows our faith will waver in end-time so He keeps stressing to the church that he who has ears to listen to what He says in Revelation 2:7, 11, 17, 27.
So be steadfast in the faith and believe with all your heart. He wants to occupy fully your heart so that you will be able to function in liberty. God be praised.
Prayer: Father, may my thoughts and my heart be filled with Your word and Your goodness always that my faith will not waiver. Fill me with Your spirit this morning. In Jesus name Amen.
