21 November 2023 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today‘s Inspiration: “Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.” Lamentations‬ ‭3‬:‭22‬-‭23‬ ‭NKJV.‬‬ God is our faithful Abba Father in Heaven. His love never fails and His love for us endures forever. Even the world forsakes you, He will never leave nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6. We can face challenges, rejections or neglect in our families, schools, ministry or workplaces but remember this that Jesus is with us forever. The greatest battle in this end of times is loneliness, self-centredness and depression.

Every family has its own dysfunctions and origins but with Christ, there can be divine healing, restoration and reconciliation. David faced many set backs within his home and people close to him but He always found love, faith, and hope in the Lord. He sang,”A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families.”Psalms‬ ‭68‬:‭5‬. We are never alone in Christ because there is a spiritual family which endures forever secured in heaven and earth. Ephesians 3:15. Love is the presence of God and where He dwells there is acceptance, belonging, love, and existence. How can Christ be manifest in our family and home? By we choosing to walk in the way of Christ. There will be salvation, forgiveness, love and healing abounding. Glory to God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe you can turn all my set backs into your divine set ups. Your mercies are new and your thoughts are new for me everyday. Renew my mind and refresh my spirit man to lean not on my own understanding but to trust you with all my heart. Let me put on the Mind of Christ. You have a salvation road map and spiritual destiny blueprint in my life and family. We are created for your signs and wonders to glorify the kingdom of God, in Jesus' Name, Amen!
