Today’s Inspiration: “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” Romans 12:6-8 NIV. God’s grace is not just to save our souls but He is more zealous to use our souls for His glory. The enemy hates this grace of glory because it activates our greatest potential to use God’s gifts for the body of Christ, serving, healing and saving souls through the gospel. So never look down on oneself and but look up unto Christ, the author and finisher of our faith. Hebrews 12:2.
Many souls today are stuck in self-pity, self-blame, or low self-esteem. The enemy uses our past pain, hurts and failures to plant lies and deceptions to hinder our greatest potential in Christ. That’s why Jesus came down on earth to destroy the works of the devil with the finished work of the Cross, bringing healing to our wounds and resurrecting our spirit to reveal our greatest potential in His Name. 1 John 3:8. So do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you. Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers. 1 Timothy 4:14-16 NIV. God’s anointing shall break the yoke of self-pity.
Pray: O Lord my God, remove all lies and deceptions of the enemy from my mind, ears, heart and tongue. For the grace of God is sufficient for me and my future is not based on man’s report but in God’s promises, provision and prophecies in my life. My latter days will be much glorious than my former ones. For Christ has anoint and made me a blessing and gift to my family, marketplace, ministry and mission, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
