21 April 2022 Word by Snr Pastor, Ps Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” John‬ ‭15:9-12‬ ‭

Healing is not just about physical recovery but conscience restoration in morality, truth, and change. Without God’s commandments, we will not discern our sins, repent and change in our attitude, behaviour and character in life. Many don’t realise negative emotional roots causes sickness, and illness in the long term. Matthew 15:13. We all need healing in our lives and God is faithful to do so if we humble ourselves. All family restoration and reconciliation comes when there is forgiveness. Forgiveness is not being weak but being strong to take responsibility of our life and actions to make things better through Christ. Acts 3:19. Without forgiveness, there is no Christianity, Cross or Atonement of sins. To the world it is a weakness, but to the Kingdom it is power. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, teach me to love more like you and be your ambassador of Christ in bringing love, peace, and forgiveness to my family, business, work, and church daily. Let me remain in your presence always, that I may have your fullness of the Holy Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
