Today’s Inspiration: “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” Hebrews 11:3. Apostle Paul was blinded by the light of Lord at the road of Damascus, and has to entrust his life into the hands of Jesus’s disciples, the ones he pursued and prosecuted. Before his calling, Paul has to encounter God’s love, forgiveness, humility and healing.
By faith, Paul called Jesus his Lord when he heard the Lord’s voice. His life changed not because of who he is or what he does but by the Word of the Lord. For faith comes from hearing, hearing the voice of God. Romans 10:17.

Jesus turned his hatred for Christians into compassion for the Church. He denied himself, carried the Cross and followed Christ. Matthew 16:24. What is the Lord speaking to you today? Today the Church is facing the challenge to hear God’s voice because of the lust of eyes, the flesh and pride of life. Especially we spend more time in Youtubes, news, and videos rather than seeking God personally. God has to talk Paul out of the world, his sight and people to hear Him. We can be more concern about what the world, and people say about us than what God is speaking to us through His Word. Remember, Jesus taught we are in the world but not of the world. John 17:16.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I repent that I am spending time hearing the world than hearing from your voice. Take my eyes and time from the world and let them delight in your presence and word. Let me encounter you in 2022, that I shall move by faith, and not by sight, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
