17 March 2023 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.” Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭11‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Everyone needs to desire the Baptism of Holy Spirit and Fire. Matthew 3:11. The baptism of water is by man unto repentance of sin but the baptism of Holy Spirit is by Christ himself to receive the power of His gifts and to bear fruit of the Spirit. The only book in the that didn’t end was the Book of Acts, which is God’s missional assignments for all of us through the outpouring of His Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit, you will not find your purpose, calling and fulfilment in the Kingdom. John 15:5.

How do you receive the Holy Spirit? Jesus taught,” Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened." “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” Luke‬ ‭11‬:‭9‬-‭13‬. He will lead you into all truths and His truth will set you free from strongholds and bondages. John 8:36 He will turn all curses into blessings, sicknesses into health, ‭lack into abundance, and sadness into joy. Desire the baptism and infilling of God’s fresh outpouring in this season. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, I desire a fresh baptism and Infilling of your Holy Spirit. Cleanse and sanctify my sins that I may become a carrier of your divine Holy Spirit, doing the works that you do. I believe with all my heart that I can do all things through Christ who gives me His Holy Spirit to strengthen me from the inside out. All these I ask by faith, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
