16 December 2022 Word by Snr Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭2‬ ‭NIV.‬‬ Spiritual transformation doesn’t happen just because we choose to do something new or make a change in our environment, move to a new country, church or start a new business or ministry. Prophet Joel said,” Rend your hearts, not your garments.” Joel 2:13. Many face cyclical problems is because they had never address deep pain, weakness and vulnerability in their life. One can keep changing external things but no results. We all need Christ to reveal the truth in our hearts and His Word shall set us free. John 8:32.

Every challenges we face in life derives from the issues of our hearts. Proverbs 4:23. It is not the failure that hinders your success but rather it is the fear of failure. It is not the broken relationships that hinder your self esteem but fear to love again. It is not rejection that hinders your new job application but the fear of rejection. God’s perfect love who is Christ, shall cast out all fears in your heart. 1 John 4:18. To renew our mind we have to first quieten it in prayer and in worship of God in the Spirit. Psalm 46:10. Desire Christ for an encounter and let Him come into your heart and do a new renovation by letting Him removing all the old so that the new can come. Revelation 3:20 When your will is in His will, all things shall work out for the good because God really loves you. Then is the beginning of true spiritual transformation. Praise Him.

Prayer: O Lord my God, I need more of you everyday. Cast out all my fears with your divine love who watches over me day and night. Let your Holy Word remove, cleanse and sanctify me to be more like Christ. I am created for good success, relationships and health for the glory of God that I may give you all the praises and thanksgiving in my heart, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
