Today’s Inspiration: God is making new things and bringing new thoughts daily. Be ready for Him. “Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” II Corinthians 5:16-17. Remember no one in the Old Testament come to sacrifice old offerings but giving their best with young and unblemished lamb as burnt offering.

As Christian parent, cannot parent our children according to old ways like our parents did but to parent them according to Word of God. God has his perfect plans for a new and young generation. Exodus 20:5. We have to parent them according to their calling and not our likings. How they response to God is important in Worship and His Word. We have to pray for a generation that desires to encounter God, not just His blessings. Matthew 5:6. Can a faceless, nameless, and fearless generation change the world for Christ? Yes they can in Christ Jesus alone, when they live for the glory of God and abide in His Word to live a righteous and holy life. 1 Corinthians 2:16. We have to lead the next generation towards their calling of God and to build a personal and intimate relationship with Him.
Prayer: O Lord my God, renew my mind and change my heart of the old, and prepare them for your new plans, purpose, and provision. Show us thy glory and we may hear thy voice and encounter thy calling. Let our children be hungry and thirsty for your righteousness and seek ye first the Kingdom of God, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
