Today’s Inspiration: “One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” Proverbs‬ ‭11:24-25‬ ‭NIV‬‬. There is no one as generous as our awesome Creator God, our Abba Father who puts us in the mother’s womb and has provided for us for His divine purpose to be a blessing to others on the earth. Genesis 12:2. The devil will always wants us to hoard over the things we have and be self-centred, not looking at the needs of others and His kingdom. Remember we are only passer by on the earth, the steward of what God has entrusted to us with. We came with nothing and shall leave with no material things. 1 Timothy 6:7. Yet we fight, strife and are divided by the things of the earth because of the fear of lack, insecurity and covetousness.

Generosity is not just about money but about the heart of Christ. Jesus said, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head. Luke‬ ‭9:58‬ Our Lord Jesus who owns all the heavens and the earth didn’t succumb to the temptation of the devil in the wilderness by the riches of the earth but chose to give His life at the Cross of Calvary, redeeming us from all sins and death with eternal life to those who believed in Him and followed Him. Yet in all difficult situations, the people with Messiah Yeshua experienced miracles, healing, deliverance, abundance and even leftovers. The greatest generosity is forgiveness which brings forth the joy of salvation through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus taught,” Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Luke‬ ‭6:37-38‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Prayer: O Lord my God, let me learn how to bless those who curse me, pray for those who persecute me and do good to those who harm me. Let me be generous for you are generous, let me always be a blessing for you are blessed, and let me always think of others for you are always praying for us before our Abba Father God. Let me be lesser and you be greater Lord, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
