Today’s Inspiration: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8. The key of prayer success is the relationship with the Word of God. It opens access to God’s wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Prayer is led by the spirit and not the flesh, for the flesh profits nothing.
Jesus taught,” The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.” John 6:63. A Prayer life is the relationship we develop with God, the Father in the Spirit. Without building a strong relationship with God, we will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Many do not know God because of the hurts, pains and abuses in the past, especially from their fathers. “Even if you had ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel.” 1 Corinthians 4:15. God is the father to the fatherless and widows. He sets the lonely into families. Prayer is not getting what you want from God, but letting God have more of you, like a son or daughter through Christ Jesus. So build a stronger relationship with God in 2022.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I may not have a perfect father on earth but I have a perfect father God in heaven, who deeply loves me and gave His only begotten son Jesus Christ to die for my sins, iniquities, and transgressions. By His blood of redemption, I chose to release all forgiveness and receive your love, grace, and mercy in 2022. Let me draw close to your heart in prayer, petition, and thanksgiving that I may know the Father’s heart, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
