“Sing the praises of the Lord, you his faithful people; praise his holy name. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” Psalm 30:4-5
We give thanks to the Lord for our God is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in love with faithfulness. In life we learnt not to be impatient, rashful, and making important long term decisions due to a short term problem when we are angry or sad. Apostle Paul taught, “I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” Romans 8:18-19
If God has called you to obey His Calling to serve, build or plant, don’t give up easily till you see fruitfulness. Have faith. Holy Spirit will renew your mind with God’s Word and Wisdom to make sound decisions, even wise counsel and resources. God has His lifetime of favour upon you if you trust Him wholeheartedly.
