Ground of Security

“Sing the praises of the Lord, you his faithful people; praise his holy name. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. When I felt secure, I said, “I will never be shaken.” Psalm‬ ‭30:4-6‬ ‭NIV‬‬

In the potter’s hands, we must be allowed to be watered by His word, be centred by His will, and be pressed by His ways for a new transformation. 2 Corinthians 5:17. One is insecure because of self focused rather than God focused. Ground zero helps us see the eternal things rather than the temporal ones, which is so trivial yet we fight, quarrel and bitter over it. In the coming times, we shall see the removal of all worldly foundations, tearing down of bondages and strongholds.

The only security and firm foundation is Christ. 1 Corinthians 3:11. Our hope is built on nothing less, than Jesus’s blood and righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus’s Name. He is your security, provider and healer forever.

To God be the Glory!
