Calling to God

“To you, Lord, I called; to the Lord I cried for mercy: “What is gained if I am silenced, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it proclaim your faithfulness? Hear, Lord, and be merciful to me; Lord, be my help.” Psalm 30:8-10

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. David desire is to be used by God to give praise and testify of God’s faithfulness. He was a man after God’s heart and healing. We couldn’t know how many times David faced death in sickness, wounds, illness and in danger of threats by enemies around him but God was His Hiding place and mercy.

In all circumstances, let our soul be still and know to cast all our fears, anxieties and stresses to Him. 1 Peter 5:7. He will take them all and lift us up from the pit. Remember He was the God who drew Moses from waters, Daniel from dungeon, and Joseph from prison. Praise God!

To God be the glory!
