6 January 2022 Word by Snr Pastor, Ps Darien Choo

Trinity Community Centre

Today’s Inspiration: “Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, The Lord will be a light to me.” Micah 7:8.‬ ‭Do not let your past hurts, failures, or wrongs bring you down. Remember we all struggle in life and ironically it is the struggles which brings strength to your testimony in Christ. It is the power of the Cross of Calvary. What the enemy is attacking is God’s asset, plans, and blessing. Do not react anger with anger or take vengeance. Rather seek God and He will shine His light upon you and turn all things around for the good. Romans 8:28.

Remember Joseph whose brothers threw him into the pit didn’t dwell in bitterness or vengeance but God taught Him to forgive for a higher purpose. Grace always bring us to the next level. Joseph told the brothers,” You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. So then, don’t be afraid. I will provide for you and your children.” And he reassured them and spoke kindly to them.” Genesis‬ ‭50:20-21.‬‬‬ Nothing is impossible for God as you seek Him.

Prayer: O Lord My God, let your grace abounds powerfully upon my soul that I may abide In your Word and do all things to please you and glorify your Name. I am taking a step of faith forgive all who has hurt me verbally, emotionally or physically. I shall arise in your strength, liberty and rejoice in 2022. I proclaim this is the Year of the Lord’s peace and favour, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
