29 October 2021 Word by Senior Pastor, Ps Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: Faith in Jesus increases with love for one another in the family. Apostle Paul told the Thessalonians church,” We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing.” 2 Thessalonians 1:3. God’s perfect love cast out fears and make room for faith to increase. 1 John 4:18.

There is major difference between faith and fear. Fear is always focusing on self or things but Faith is always focusing on Christ. When we face fears in our lives and many time we do, be it financial, health or relationships, we need to come to God in prayer, petition and thanksgiving for He loves us and has plans to prosper us, not to harm us, and to give us hope and a good future. Jeremiah 29:11.

To loose fear in our lives, we must understand our fears. Fear is not able to stand by itself because it must be rooted to someone, something or somewhere. This are the lies of satan in the garden of Eden. Truth and freedom comes from the Word of God, and faith comes from hearing, hearing the Word of God. Romans 10:17 The more we hear from God’s voice in His Word, the less we fear. God’s Word give us the anointing and authority to cast out all fears in our lives for healing and breakthroughs. We have to face it, bind it and loose it in Jesus Name. Matt 18:18 God’s love increases our faith to overcome all stress, anxieties and fears. Remember God only give us the Spirit of Power, Love and Disciplined Mind to overcome. 2 Timothy 1:7. Faith arises not in absence of fear but in the midst of fear because God’s Love gives us the courage to overcome fear with faith in Jesus Christ that by His Stripes, I Am Healed and Free! 1 Peter 2:24. Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord My God, fill me with your love, hope and compassion that cast out all fears. Your breakthroughs are coming. Pour forth your Holy Spirit upon me, that I will be a witness of your great salvation, healing and truth, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
