Today’s Inspiration: “Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.” Psalms 103:1 NIV. Praise is not just about breakthroughs, blessings, success or when times are pleasant. Praise is an attitude of sacrifice, a heart offering unto God. Hebrews 13:15. Praise reveals the glory of God, and brings forth the oil of joy that breaks many yokes of mourning and heaviness through the garment of praise. Isaiah 61:3 We praise God for not just what He gives us, but we praise Him for who He is. It changes our countenance and gives us spiritual strength.

Praise is spiritual and it begins with our spirit in the innermost realm within us. Those who worship God do it with spirit and truth. John 4:24. David sang,”Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”Psalms 103:2-5 Praise opens the door for us to enter into the presence of God with thanksgiving in our hearts for generations. Psalm 100:4-5.
Prayer: O Lord my God, I choose to praise you in good times and in bad times for in all season, you are all good and you changes not. You are the strength when I am weak, my healer when I am sick and the provider of all my needs. You are the treasure of my heart and the lover of my soul. Your grace is always sufficient for me and I know I am yours. My heart rejoices with praise for you daily as David praises you seven times a day, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
