22 October 2022 Word by Snr Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For through wisdom your days will be many, and years will be added to your life. If you are wise, your wisdom will reward you; if you are a mocker, you alone will suffer.” Proverbs‬ ‭9‬:‭10‬-‭12‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Wisdom is better than strength. The fear of the Lord is humility, submission and obedience to His Word and commandments. Proverbs 22:4. The Church needs fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit which gives us the word of wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, discernment of spirit, prophecy, tongues and interpretation of tongues. It is the anointing of God that can breaks all yokes of bondages and slavery. Building our personal altar gives us the spiritual lineage, inheritance and covenant of God which His promises resides.

Those who seek God first shall find Him and be fruitful. Matthew 6:3. God desires us to have wisdom for those who love Him gives reverence, respect and restitution. One of the most important prayer in life is to ask for the wisdom from God because this pleases God and not seek riches for they can quickly come and go but not wisdom which dwells forever. Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed. Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭13‬-‭18.‬ ‭Praise God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, let me seek and sought your face for all situations, circumstances and decisions. I ask for your divine wisdom to handle my studies, work, ministry and family. Let the fear of the Lord be my life and honour. You Lord is my righteousness and my wisdom, my God in whom I trust and follow. For you are my light and my salvation, I shall not fear. For you are my stronghold, I shall not be afraid, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
