Today’s Inspiration: “For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring. They will spring up among the grass Like willows by the watercourses.” Isaiah 44:3-4 NKJV. We need the Holy Spirit to come upon our generation and our descendants. Only the Spirit of God can make divine powerful changes within us and our lives be totally transformed. Christ reminds us,” And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.” John 14:16-17.
A Christian life is not just going to Church just to learn moral values but to build a divine relationship with God and to encounter Him in the most intimate and supernatural way. Apostle Luke wrote,” And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. Acts 2:17. Today the church has undermined the supernatural ministries of Christ in healing, deliverance and miracles. This includes the ministry of angelic interventions, spiritual warfare and power ministries of our Lord and King. Visions, dreams and the prophecies of the Lord are the languages of the Holy Spirit. Praise God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, I pray for a fresh outpouring and infilling of the Holy Spirit upon my life. Sanctify my soul as I worship you with all my heart, all my mind, and all my strength. For those who wait upon you shall renew their strength and receive thy power to mount up on wings like eagles. We shall run and not feel weary, walk and shall not faint in Jesus' Name, Amen.
