Today’s Inspiration: “By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.” Hebrews 11:3 NIV. Faith comes from hearing, hearing the Word of God, the voice of God. To build our faith we have to first build our intimacy with God and His Word. Faith is not our fleshly confidence on man but our believe and trust is in Christ Jesus alone. Prayer in the spirit and the word, waiting upon the Lord raises our faith like the eagles, whose vision and elevation were carried on the winds and not on one’s own strength.

Likewise our faith is on the Holy Spirit, whom Christ has given to us as His promised after His resurrection. John 14:16 God’s Holy Spirit is the wonderful counselor, comforter, advocate, help, teacher, and truth in challenging times of our lives. Ironically our faith is not strengthen in good times but in deep, dark and difficult valleys, through prayer, petitions and thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6 God’s love for us never fails. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6 Therefore hold on to our faith in Christ, for His hand is not short and is able to move away all mountains of fears, anxieties, worries, debts, sickness and stress. Isaiah 41:10 Praise the Lord!

Prayer: O Lord my God, increase my faith. Let I not walk in the flesh but walk in the Spirit. I believe in the fire and the waters, you are with me and is forever my help and redeemer in times of need. I remember all the good things you have done, to forgive my sins, heal all my sicknesses, and lift me up whenever I fall or stumble. I meditate on your goodness, greatness, kindness and graciousness day and night. Increase my faith Lord, in Jesus Name, Amen.
