“Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended. One who loves a pure heart and who speaks with grace will have the king for a friend. The eyes of the Lord keep watch over knowledge, but he frustrates the words of the unfaithful.” Proverbs‬ 22:10-12

To build a team, there must be oneness in the spirit, similarly to a family. Never mock at one another or put each other down because of your position, strengths and talents. Rather, edify, exhort and encourage others to be better. When we guard our hearts and tongues for God’s Kingdom, His wisdom and favour will bring us before people in high places to share Christ. Blessing and Prosperity will be of one who fears the Lord and obeys His ways. His wife will be a fruitful vine in the house and his children will be like olive shoots around the table.

Never trust people whose words and actions do not align. Do not give responsibilities to those who are unfaithful. But begin to build people whose eyes are on the Lord and actions bear the fruit of the Spirit. Be fruitful and multiply!
